  9. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors and
  10. Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Print Code As You Want 
  11. package.

  14. Individual and Company Users:  Please refer to LICENSE.txt and ORDER.txt

  17. For sample descriptions which you may use to describe the product please
  18. refer to the DESCRIBE.text file.

  20. Individuals who wish to distribute the Print Code As You Want package to friends
  21.  or associates may do so in accordance with the restrictions
  22. outlined in LICENSE.txt.
  23.  
  24. Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the Print Code As You Want 
  25. package to their disk library may do so in accordance with the
  26. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  28.    If you would like your Computer Club or User Group to be placed on our
  29.    mailing list for future upgrades to any of our products, please contact
  30.    us for complete details.  Our address, phone number, and CompuServe User
  31.    ID number is listed in DESCRIBE.txt.

  33. Limited Distribution License:
  34. IIG Developments Inc. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  35. restrictions.
  36.  
  37. ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission to
  38. distribute Print Code As You Want package.  Non-ASP member vendors must
  39. request permission prior to distributing this package.
  40.  
  41. The Print Code As You Want package is defined as containing all the
  42. material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed in the
  43. PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then the
  44. package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to
  45. obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  47. The Print Code As You Want  package - including all related program
  48. files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  49. distributed as a complete package, without exception.  The PACKING.LST text
  50. file contains a list of all files that are part of the Code.Print for Visual
  51. Basic package.
  52.  
  53.    Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  54.    batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.
  55.  
  56. No price or other compensation may be charged for the Print Code As You Want 
  57. package.  A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the
  58. diskette, shipping and handling.
  59.  
  60. Disk Sets & CD-ROMs:
  61. Print Code As You Want  package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  62. inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software
  63. packaging offer, without a written agreement from IIG Development ltd.
  64.  
  65.    ASP Approved Vendors who wish to distribute the Print Code As You Want 
  66.    package as part of a collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a
  67.    CD-ROM package) may do so provided that all the other restrictions are
  68.    met.
  69.    Vendors (non-ASP Vendor Members) who wish to distribute the Print Code 
  70.    As You Want  package as part of a collection ( must obtain permission
  71.    from IIG Developments Inc. prior to beginning such a distribution.

  73.    If you wish to add any of our programs to a CD-ROM or other collection,
  74.    please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version is
  75.    over twelve (12) months old then please contact us to ensure that you
  76.    have the most current version.

  78. Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:
  79. If you would like to distribute the Print Code As You Want  package as a
  80. Disk-of-the-Month, or as part of a subscription or monthly service, then
  81. the following restrictions apply:

  83.    ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby given
  84.    permission to distribute Print Code As You Want  package under
  85.    the Disk-of-the-Month style of distribution.
  86.    Others (non-ASP Members) must contact us in advance to ensure that you
  87.    have the most current version of the software.

  89.    You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your inventory
  90.    of old (out of date) disks.  Only current versions may be shipped as
  91.    Disk-of-the-Month disks.

  93. The disk-based documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED
  94. (hardcopy) form.
  95.  
  96. Print Code As You Want package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to
  97. others.
  98.  
  99. You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
  100. literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  101. "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.
  102.  
  103. IIG Developments Inc. prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  104. Print Code As You Want package, without written permission from
  105. IIG Development ltd.. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months old,
  106. please contact us to ensure that you have the most current version.  
  107. Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  108. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  109. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  110. result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  112. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S.
  113. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall
  114. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  115. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
  116. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  
  117. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to IIG Developments Inc.
